Happy Steps Travel wanted to promote its visa services to Myanmar travelers through social media. However, the brand faced challenges such as inconsistent posting, limited audience engagement, and minimal lead generation from social platforms.
The objective of this project was to rebuild the social media strategy, create engaging visa-related content, and generate more inquiries for visa services through Facebook and Messenger.

Conducted a social media audit to evaluate the existing Facebook page performance, content style, and engagement levels.
